I wrote that a few years ago in a newspaper article for Mike's high school student newspaper. He used it today for his XC kids as their "quote of the day", which I appreciate. I like the quote (and am honestly a little surprised that I wrote it) so I thought I would share. It will be a good one to share with my healthy habit club girls.
